Hi, I'm Min

I'm a New York based creative director who turns business problems into simple ideas that connect brands with people. I lead teams, shape brand stories, and still love getting my hands dirty in the design details (more than I probably should).

For the past 15 years, I've worked across packaging, UI/UX, experiential, motion, stills, and more decks than I want to admit. I like making complicated things feel simple, keeping teams calm when things get weird, and leaving the drama to the work. Stress is rarely helpful. Good ideas usually are.

When I'm not working, I'm probably cuddling my cat, disappearing down a YouTube rabbit hole, or collecting random facts that nobody asked for but will absolutely hear about anyway. I love travel, finding great food, and a good glass of wine, which I consider a perfectly reasonable part of the creative process.
